H.O.P.E., which stands for "Helping Others Progress Effectively,” is directed by Executive Director Kim Penerton, LPC. Located in Virginia Beach, VA.,
H.O.P.E. Family Support Services, Inc is a private, for-profit, and licensed community based mental health corporation committed to assisting children, adults, and families.
We currently provide services in Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Hampton, Virginia Beach, and Newport News. H.O.P.E. Family Support Services understands the complexity of behavior health needs within the community; therefore, we utilize person-centered therapeutic interventions with our highly qualified mental health professionals with the skills, education, and experience to serve those in need.
